Where is Activ Greens shipped from?
From various warehouses located in different areas of the world, however all manufacturing is done in the USA and product is shipped to the warehouses.
Where can I find the tracking for my order?
Please log into your customer account and click on Order History – then click on View Info. A pop up box will appear with a live blue tracking link. Click this and allow the page to load to view the tracking history.
Order or delivery issue?
Please contact B-Epic Support (via your customer account) directly with your order number and a brief description (damaged, missing, wrong item). They handle all order resolutions. (If you still need help after contacting them, use our form and we’ll nudge it along.)
I setup the subscription/autoship to receive my Activ Greens monthly but wish to cancel. How can I do that?
Within your customer account under Order select “Autoship”. On the desktop you will see a green box to the right that says “Autoship Profile Status”. Click on the word “disable” to stop your monthly order. On smart phones simply scroll down until you see the same green box.
