Can I give Activ Greens to my children?
We don’t advise it, the product has been formulated for adults and children do not need the cardio blend or detox stress blend that has been included.
Is it okay to drink Activ Greens twice a day?
Activ Greens has been formulated to be enjoy once a day but we do have customers drinking it twice a day. However please listen to your own body. Just remember it does have a detox component.
Can I have Activ Greens with my medical issue or with my medication?
We always recommend consulting a health care professional first to assess whether our product is suitable or not. This is the same for any supplement you are thinking of taking.
Where are the Organic Greens sourced from?

Our organic greens mix is sourced from UTAH USA. Our product is also packaged in an FDA approved manufacturing facility also located in the USA.

Can you please tell me more about the grass manufacturing side?

Our manufacturing partner developed BioActive Dehydration, an ambient temperature spray drying process that dries our products to a powder at less than 41 C (106F) and causes virtually no thermal degradation to botanicals.

This gentle drying process preserves the color, flavor, aroma, and nutrients of fresh juice.

Where is Activ Greens shipped from?
Activ Greens is shipped from the parent company AAO (Against All Odds) located in Utah, USA, and shipped to 48 countries.
Where can I find the tracking for my order?
Please log into your customer account and click on Order History – then click on View Info. A pop up box will appear with a live blue tracking link. Click this and allow the page to load to view the tracking history.
I setup the subscription/autoship to receive my Activ Greens monthly but wish to cancel. How can I do that?
Within your customer account under Order select “Autoship”. On the desktop you will see a green box to the right that says “Autoship Profile Status”. Click on the word “disable” to stop your monthly order. On smart phones simply scroll down until you see the same green box.
Do you have a Money Back Guarantee?
There is a Money Back Guarantee provided by AAO (Against All Odds) Activ Greens parent company.

Against All Odds products are backed by a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. So, if for any reason you are unhappy with a product, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. To ensure your refund is processed quickly, follow the instructions for the Refund Policy below. Please note, some international orders may qualify for a time extension; contact Member Support for details via your customer account.

Be advised that for any given product, a refund is only available one time; any subsequent purchases of that same product do not qualify for a refund.

Refunds are given based on the original purchase price. There is a 25% restocking fee of the original purchase price for any product refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund of a product purchase, you must submit a refund request to Member Support within 30 days of the original order date. Refunds are only given if this 30-day requirement is met. No exceptions can be made. Please note, some international orders may qualify for a time extension; contact Member Support for details.

To request a refund, submit a Support Ticket via your online AAO Back Office. Be sure to include the order number. Once the request is processed, Member Support will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which needs to be clearly printed on the outside of your return package. To be eligible for a refund, all unused portions of the product must be returned, and the return package must be postmarked within the 30 days of the original order date. Mail it to the Against All Odds Fulfillment Center, Attn: RMA # [REQUIRED: List the number issued to you by Member Support for this return; instructions provided above.], 3075 N. Fairfield Road, Layton, Utah 84041, USA.

Be advised that we do not accept – nor issue a refund for – returned orders without a proper RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization number). So, before mailing us a return, contact Member Support so we can issue you the required RMA # to print on the outside of your return package.

Also, be advised that we do not accept – nor issue a refund for – any package marked “return to sender” or “refused”. Nor do we accept C.O.D. returns. You are responsible for all costs related to shipping back the product and that it arrives to us without damage. Shipping charges are not reimbursed unless the return is due to an error on our part (i.e., you received an incorrect or defective item). Therefore, we recommend insuring your return package for your protection.

Be advised that a refund will not be issued until after the returned product is received and processed by the AAO Fulfillment Center. Therefore, we recommend you get delivery tracking for your return package, so you have proof that it was shipped and delivered to Against All Odds.

After we receive the return, the refund will be issued to your credit card. Shipping, handling, and any other fees are non-refundable.
